Specializing in trauma, anxiety, and couples issues

EMDR Practitioner and Relational Life Therapist

I'm happy that you’ve found your way here. I know that searching for the right therapist can be time consuming and daunting, so let's cut to the chase. I believe that you are unique and therefore, your therapeutic experience should be customized to your needs. That is what I do; I will go where you want to go. For those areas that you know you need to look at but it's too difficult to do so, we’ll slow it down and take it at your own pace. We will always do this together - I am here for you.

I draw from multiple therapeutic models and concepts to address stress, anxiety, PTSD, relational attachment, negative beliefs, and more using various techniques including body psychotherapy, EMDR, and attachment modalities. I use the Relational Life Therapy model to help couples resolve conflict, improve communication, and restore intimacy.

I am bilingual and provide services in both in English and Spanish.

Let's chat and see if we are a good fit for each other.
